US Department of Justice Publishes Proposed Guidelines for PROTECT Act Amendments
The US Department of Justice is releasing proposed guidelines to implement changes to the Jacob Wetterling Crimes Against Children and Sexually Violent Offender Registration Act, which was enacted by the PROTECT Act.
