Bureau of Prisons Proposes Exemption from Privacy Act Subsections

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Prisons is proposing to exempt the Inmate Electronic Message Record System from certain sections of the Privacy Act to ensure institution security, protect inmates and staff, and maintain law enforcement functions.
