DEA Proposes Fee Adjustments for Controlled Substances and List I Chemical Registration and Reregistration

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing to adjust the fee schedule for registration and reregistration application fees for controlled substances and List I chemicals, aiming to cover the costs of its Diversion Control Program as mandated by the Controlled Substances Act.
