EPA Lodges Third Round De Minimis Consent Decree Under CERCLA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a third round De Minimis Consent Decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, resolving contamination issues at a former industrial site in Newark, New Jersey.
