Privacy Act of 1974; Computer Matching Program (Match No. 2001-03)

In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, this notice announces a new computer matching agreement that CMS plans to conduct with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Social Security Administration (SSA), and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). We have provided background information about the proposed matching program in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION section below. The Privacy Act provides an opportunity for interested persons to comment on the proposed matching program, CMS invites comments on all portions of this notice. See Effective Dates section below for comment period.

Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
