Notice of Availability for Public Review of Midnite Uranium Mine Natural Resource Damage Assessment Plan

The Department of the Interior, in collaboration with the Spokane Tribe of Indians and the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, has released the Midnite Uranium Mine Natural Resource Damage Assessment Plan, Part I: Injury Determination, for public review and comment. The plan outlines the proposed approach for assessing the impact of hazardous substances released from the Midnite Mine Superfund Site on natural resources.
