DOE Revises List of Covered Facilities Under Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act

The Department of Energy has updated its list of covered facilities under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, which provides compensation to individuals who developed illnesses from nuclear weapons production-related activities and exposure to radioactive materials at certain federally owned facilities.
