Department of State Moves Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension Regulations to New Location

The Department of State is relocating its nonprocurement debarment and suspension regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) to a new format established by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), effective immediately, with no changes to policy or procedures.
