U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for New Visa Referral Form

The Department of State is requesting 60-day public comment for a new information collection, the Class A Nonimmigrant Visa Referral form (DS-4034), which will be used by consular officers to refer cases to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for processing.
