Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Announces Youth Leadership Program Grant Proposals with Rwanda and Kenya

The U.S. government is seeking proposals from eligible organizations to develop a three- to four-week civic education and leadership program for secondary school students and teachers from Rwanda or Kenya.
