U.S. Government Makes Determination and Certification Regarding Colombian Armed Forces

The U.S. government has made a determination and certification under Section 556 of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2006, regarding the Colombian Armed Forces, as outlined in Division D of Public Law 109-102.
