Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Educational Adviser Training and Support Services

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is seeking proposals from eligible organizations to develop training programs and provide support services for U.S. Department of State-affiliated overseas educational advisers. These advisers promote U.S. higher education globally through EducationUSA centers, which are located in various international locations, including U.S. embassies, consulates, and universities.
