Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Proposals for International Educational Exchange Survey

The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is soliciting proposals from eligible non-profit organizations to conduct a statistical survey of foreign nationals enrolled in US institutions of higher learning during the 2007/2008 academic year.
