U.S. Department of State Submits 30-Day Notice for Form DS-117, Application to Determine Returning Resident Status

The U.S. Department of State has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval of an extension to its Form DS-117, which is used by aliens applying for special immigrant classification as a returning resident, with an estimated annual burden of 438 hours.
