30-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Form DS-156K, Nonimmigrant Fiance(e) Visa Application

The U.S. Department of State is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget to extend its current collection of Form DS-156K, used by foreign nationals applying for a nonimmigrant fianc(e) visa to enter the U.S. as the partner of a U.S. citizen.
