U.S. Department of State Submits Request for New Information Collection: Questionnaire for Determining Possible Loss of Citizenship

The Department of State has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval of a new information collection, a questionnaire to determine possible loss of U.S. citizenship, which is required for certain individuals to obtain or retain benefits.
