Notice of Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for TransCanada Keystone Pipeline Project

The U.S. Department of State has released a draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed TransCanada Keystone Pipeline Project, which would transport Canadian crude oil from the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin to U.S. terminals in Missouri, Illinois, and potentially Oklahoma.
