Department of State Amends Voluntary Disclosure Provisions of ITAR

The Department of State is updating the Voluntary Disclosure provisions of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to set a 60-day deadline for full disclosure after initial notification, and to clarify who should sign the disclosure in cases of major violations or systemic patterns of violations.
