Pennsylvania Declares Disaster for Severe Storms and Flooding, Offers Loans to Affected Areas

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has issued Administrative declarations of disaster for severe storms and flooding that occurred from August 6 to 9, 2007, and is now offering loans to affected residents and businesses, with loan applications for physical and economic losses due by October 22, 2007, and May 21, 2008, respectively.
