U.S. Small Business Administration Considers Waiver of Nonmanufacturer Rule for Small Business Manufacturers

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is considering granting a waiver to allow small business manufacturers to supply All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing products to the Federal Government, bypassing the requirement that these products be manufactured by the small business itself.
