US Department of Commerce Preliminary Results of Administrative Review on Italian Pasta

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain pasta from Italy for the period of January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002, and has found that some producers/exporters received subsidies during this time, potentially leading to the imposition of countervailing duties on US imports.
