Agency Information Collection Activities; Reinstatement of Existing Collection; Comment Request

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking public comment on a proposed consumer pilot study related to the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003, following a previous pilot study from 2005 to 2006. The FTC plans to submit the study for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as part of its information collection activities.
