SEC Adopts Updated EDGAR Filer Manual to Support Electronic Filing and Expanded Disclosure Requirements

The Securities and Exchange Commission is updating its EDGAR Filer Manual to reflect changes to the EDGAR system, including the mandatory electronic filing of Form ID and expanded disclosure requirements for certain investment companies and insurance companies, which will be incorporated by reference into the Code of Federal Regulations.
