SEC Approves Proposed Rule Change by American Stock Exchange LLC for Index Shares

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted approval for the American Stock Exchange LLC to adopt a facilitation rule and implement a member firm guarantee for index shares, as proposed in a recent rule change.
