SEC Publishes New Rules for Thrift Institutions

The Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking public comment on two new rules aimed at clarifying the application of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to certain thrift institutions, including their collective trust funds.
