SEC Adopts Fee Adjustments for Fiscal Year 2005

The Securities and Exchange Commission has issued an order making annual adjustments to fee rates applicable under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, effective for fiscal year 2005.
