SEC Approves NASDAQ's Proposed Rule Change to Update OTC Bulletin Board Fee Schedule

The Securities and Exchange Commission has granted approval for NASDAQ's proposed rule change to revise and update the fee schedule for OTC Bulletin Board historical trading activity reports, as submitted by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
