U.S. Department of Labor to Provide Additional Funding for International Rescue Committee's Job Skills Project in Afghanistan

The U.S. Department of Labor plans to add up to $500,000 to a cooperative agreement with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) to continue a job skills and micro-enterprise development training project in Afghanistan. The additional funds will support the project for one more year, from September 30, 2004, to September 29, 2005.
