US Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Coast Guard Update Navigation Policy on Bridge Alterations

The US Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Coast Guard have corrected their navigation policy on cost apportionment of bridge alterations, updating references to current guidance and clarifying each agency's implementing procedures.
