Medicare Program; Medicare Part B Monthly Actuarial Rates, Premium Rate, and Annual Deductible Beginning January 1, 2005

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced the monthly actuarial rates for Medicare Part B, which will take effect on January 1, 2005. The rates are $156.40 for aged enrollees and $191.80 for disabled enrollees, with a monthly premium of $78.20, and a deductible of $110.00, an increase of $10 from the previous year.
