CSB Adopts Rule to Aid in Processing of Administrative Claims Under Federal Tort Claims Act

The Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board has adopted a new rule to assist in the processing of claims for monetary damages filed under the Federal Tort Claims Act, which provides guidance for individuals affected by the negligence or wrongful actions of CSB officers and employees while on duty.
