Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Indian Incentive Program

DoD has adopted as final, with changes, an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement DoD Appropriations Act provisions pertaining to the Indian Incentive Program. The Program permits incentive payments to contractors, and subcontractors at any tier, that use Indian organizations, Indian-owned economic enterprises, and Native Hawaiian small business concerns as subcontractors.
