DoD Issues Interim Rule to Consolidate Contract Requirements Under DFARS

The Department of Defense has issued an interim rule to implement Section 801 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004, which restricts the consolidation of multiple DoD requirements into a single solicitation and contract.
