DoD Issues Interim Rule to Expand Personal Services Contracts for Healthcare and Intelligence Operations

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued an interim rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to expand the authority for personal services contracts, including healthcare services at non-DoD medical facilities and contracts supporting intelligence operations outside the US.
