USERRA Implementation Rules Proposed by the Veterans' Employment and Training Service

The Veterans' Employment and Training Service is issuing proposed rules to implement the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, as amended, to protect the rights of military service members and provide guidance to employers and employees.
