US Amends Oriental Fruit Fly Regulations to Quarantine Orange County, CA, and Restrict Interstate Movement

The US is taking emergency measures to prevent the spread of the Oriental fruit fly into noninfested areas of the US by quarantining a portion of Orange County, CA, and restricting the interstate movement of regulated articles from that area, while also introducing a new alternative treatment option using spinosad bait spray.
