Environmental Impact Statement to be Prepared for East Locust Creek Watershed in Missouri

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, in collaboration with the North Central Missouri Regional Water Commission, the Locust Creek Watershed District, and the Sullivan County Soil and Water Conservation District, is required to prepare an environmental impact statement for the East Locust Creek Watershed in Putnam and Sullivan Counties, Missouri, in accordance with federal guidelines.
