NSWCPC to Host Rescheduled Public Scoping Meetings for Environmental Impact Statement

The US Navy is rescheduling public scoping meetings for its Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, following the cancellation of initial meetings due to hurricane threats.
