US DOT Rescinds Order to Revoke Ocean Transportation Intermediary Licenses
The US Department of Transportation has rescinded an order to revoke Ocean Transportation Intermediary Licenses, effectively reversing a decision made in 2022 to cancel the licenses of certain companies, including those owned by Maersk and CMA CGM.
