FinCEN Extends Comment Period on Proposed Rule to Impose Special Measure Against First Merchant Bank OSH Ltd

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is extending the public comment period on a proposed rule to impose a special measure against First Merchant Bank OSH Ltd, a financial institution of primary money laundering concern, until November 1, 2004, to allow interested persons more time to analyze the proposal and prepare their comments.
