Office of Personnel Management Requests Review of Revised Information Collection for Survivor Annuity Election

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking review of a revised information collection, RI20-64, which provides information about survivor annuity payments and allows eligible annuitants to make a former spouse survivor annuity election. Comments are invited on the necessity and practical utility of the collection.
