USCIS Reaches FY 2004 H-2B Cap, ETA Publishes Guidance for FY 2005

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) reached the FY 2004 H-2B cap of 66,000 on March 10, 2004, prompting ETA to publish a Federal Register notice on May 13, 2004, to provide guidance on processing H-2B applications for FY 2005, in response to numerous inquiries and questions.
