Gypsy Moth Generally Infested Areas Finalized

The US government has finalized a rule adding eight counties in Ohio and Wisconsin to the list of areas infested with gypsy moths, restricting the movement of regulated articles from these areas to prevent the spread of the insect. This rule follows an interim measure taken to address gypsy moth infestations in the region.
