No Environmental Impact Statement Required for Supplemental Watershed Plan in Iowa and Missouri

The Natural Resources Conservation Service has announced that an environmental impact statement is not needed for the Supplemental Watershed Plan No. 1 for the East Fork of the Grand River Watershed Plan, covering Ringgold and Union Counties in Iowa and Harrison and Worth Counties in Missouri, as it was approved in 1996.
