OPM Updates Cost-of-Living Allowances Methodology for Nonforeign Areas

The Office of Personnel Management is implementing changes to its methodology for determining cost-of-living allowances in nonforeign areas, primarily driven by experience from recent surveys and recommendations from various groups, to correct minor drafting errors, provide consistent treatment of sale prices, and clarify survey areas, among other adjustments.
