Office of Personnel Management Requests Review of Information Collection Form RI 98-7 for Verification of Social Security Disability Benefits

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking review of its currently approved information collection form RI 98-7, which is used to verify receipt of Social Security Administration disability benefits and prevent overpayment to Federal Employees Retirement System disability retirees. The form is expected to be completed by approximately 3,000 individuals annually, taking about 5 minutes to fill out.
