Office of Personnel Management Requests Review of Revised Information Collection for Civil Service Retirement System

The Office of Personnel Management has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review of a revised information collection, RI 25-51, used to pay death benefits to the widow(er) of a Civil Service Retirement System annuitant, with approximately 34,800 forms completed annually.
