USDA Forest Service Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Village at Wolf Creek Project

The USDA Forest Service has made available a draft environmental impact statement (EIS) for a proposed project to construct road and utility corridors across federal land to a private parcel of land in the Rio Grande National Forest, analyzing four alternatives for access and utility use.
