Department of the Treasury Invites Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection for Tobacco Recordkeeping Requirement

The Department of the Treasury and the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau are seeking public comments on a proposed information collection related to recordkeeping requirements for tobacco transactions, as part of their efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
