Copyright Office Proposes Changes to Filing of Claims for Cable, Satellite, and DART Royalties

The Library of Congress is proposing to update its rules to enable online submissions for cable, satellite, and DART royalty claims, and to require claimants to submit their claims by mail or in-person using forms created by the Copyright Office.
